Return / Exchange Policy & Customer Satisfaction
We are committed to your satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. (See Restocking Fee & Return Costs below) All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Some vendors may be excluded from our return policy.. Special orders, including items with custom fabrics or colors, are non-refundable. Bedding and linens are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Restocking Fee & Return Costs
A minimum restocking fee of 25% applies to all returns, with the possibility of being as high as 50%, at management’s discretion. All returns are also subject to round-trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped with "Free Shipping," actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging and must be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within the first 24 hours of purchase at no charge. After 24 hours, all orders—including stocked, special, and custom orders—are subject to our restocking fee policy. If an order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return under this policy.
Shipped Items Policy
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. For items delivered by a freight shipping company, it is crucial to note any visible damage when receiving the shipment and document it on the signed paperwork. We strongly recommend taking photos of the package before opening it if there are any visible signs of damage. Failure to follow this policy may result in a discretionary remedy.
Returning a Purchase
To return an item, please contact us with your original order number, the product(s) being returned, and your name. We will provide an RMA number, the return address, and additional instructions. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please note: Other than returns or exchanges due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
Defects & Damage Claims
If your product arrives with a defect or damage, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the best resolution. If a product cannot be remedied with replacement parts or a full replacement, we will cover the return costs. In cases where a remedy is available, failure to report damages within 24 hours may result in a discretionary resolution at management’s discretion.
